Money
What do you charge?
A flat planning fee per journey, told to you before any work starts, plus the cost of the tickets.
Is it cheaper than flying?
Usually not. It is slower, better and more expensive, and we will not pretend otherwise.
When it goes wrong
What if a connection fails?
The document says what to do for every leg, and the telephone is answered while you are travelling.
Do you book accommodation?
Only where it is part of the journey, such as a night between two trains.
